This site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercial exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your site.

OUR REFUND POLICY:
All transactions are covered under the applicable consumer legislation.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT.

Goods received outside this period will not be accepted, please ensure items are tried on as soon as they are received. Items must be in original and saleable condition with original tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. The date of receipt refers to the date that we receive from our courier tracking service as ‘the date of item delivery.’

MERCHANDISE RETURNS PROCESS:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the returns procedure below.

1. Please email us at customerservice@tutudumonde.com to obtain a Returns Authorization (RA) Number.
• Please quote the Order # on your Invoice (not the Invoice #).
• You must notify us of the reason for your return and if you require an exchange or a refund.
• If requesting an exchange, please state which style, colour and size you would like to change for. Unfortunately we cannot hold items, or guarantee that your request will be in stock once we receive and process your exchange. If there is a problem with your request you will be contacted.
Tutudumonde.com will endeavor to respond to emails within 72 hours.

2. Once you have obtained an RA Number, please complete the Online Returns Form, this form will be enclosed with your order, if you are missing an Online Returns Form, please email customerservice@tutudumonde.com

3. Please enclose the following in your parcel:
• The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number
• Your original invoice for proof of purchase
• Your goods for return

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Returns received outside of the 7-day period, or have incomplete forms will not be processed. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed, it may take a further 3 working days for funds to be received. You will be emailed once your return has been processed.

Faulty Goods
We will refund or exchange faulty goods if returned following the same merchandise returns process. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of the receipt. Items must be in original condition with original tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

Tutudumonde.com accepts no responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We recommend using Express Post, taking note of your tracking number. Please ensure your items are eligible for return before requesting Return Authorization. For more information on returns please email us on customerservice@tutudumonde.com

SHIPPING:
We will endeavor to send out all orders within 2-3 working days.
For Domestic shipments (within Australia), we use Australia Post or local courier. Delivery within Australia takes 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. If you require specific guidance on expected delivery dates, please email customerservice@tutudumonde.com
For international shipments, we use Fedex courier service. International shipping is around 2-3 working days, depending on the destination. If you require any further information please email customerservice@tutudumonde.com

Tutudumonde.com cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes, and is not liable for delayed shipments due to couriers or customs. Tutudumonde is not responsible for any custom duties incurred.
