You may not use this site or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your site.

Refund, Exchange & Credit Policy

All transactions are covered under the applicable consumer legislation

Customer process to request a return merchandise authorization

1: Send an email to shop@tutudumonde.com with the invoice number, your account details and the item number of the garment you wish to return. Include your reason for returning, requesting an exchange or requesting a credit.

2: Tutudumonde.com will endeavour to respond within 72 hours to this email.  Please ensure you only return items with a valid return merchandise authorization. Tutudumonde.com accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post/courier. It is recommended that returns be sent though a registered service.

Faulty Goods

We will refund or exchange faulty goods if returned at the buyers cost to Tutudumonde.com under the following conditions. Proof of purchase in the form of the receipt, goods must be in original condition with the swing tag still attached, must be unworn and not soiled or damaged.

Changing your mind

We will issue a credit note if returned at the buyers cost to Tutudumonde.com under the following conditions. Within 10 days from date of receipt. Proof of purchase in the form of the receipt, goods must be in original condition with swing tag still attached.

Album

Any images uploaded to the Tutudumonde.com album become the property of Tutudumonde.com. Any non-Tutudumonde.com garment pictures uploaded will be removed. By uploading images you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
